You'll study the movement across six domains:

Dance

Communicate with music, space, and emotions through movement.
This is your field for developing groove, musicality and flow. It builds the foundations for a complete personal expression, and fluid movement so you can create and improvise with freedom and feeling.
Examples: Grooves, armwork, footwork,
Inner Work

Cultivate luminous awareness and presence through movement.
This is your field for deepening the connection with your body, subtle energies, and overall inner experience. It helps you move or appreciate stillness with greater sensitivity and clarity.
Examples: Embodied presence practices, breathwork, meditation, subtle energy work, and contemplative movement.
Athletics

Develop light, agile, and elegant movement.
This is your field for mastering body displacement in space. It builds running, jumping, climbing, balancing, and quick reactions so you become dexterous and adaptable in any situation.
Examples: Sprints, precision jumps, agility drills, balancing, and climbing.
Acrobatics

Learn to flip, invert, and control movement in any dimension.
This is your field for changing body configurations and developing air sense. It builds ground locomotion, smooth transitions from hands to feet, and the ability to twist and turn freely in the air.
Examples: Crawls, handstands, cartwheels, explosive hip thrusts, and helicoidals.
Fighting

Learn to defend, control, and submit an opponent.
It develops the ability to manage real opposition through timing, precision, distance control, reactive intelligence, and structural power. Read pressure and make decisions under stress to stay effective in dynamic, adversarial situations.
Examples: Punches, kicks, clinch work, defensive manoeuvres, takedowns.
